ABC Introduces Courses on ISO 9000
Washington, D.C. – January 10, 2005 – ABC Computer Services introduced two new hands on courses on ISO 9000, the International Standards Organization’s quality standard for software.
ISO 9000: A Leadership Overview is a two-day workshop that shows high-level executives the steps involved in getting their company registered for ISO 9000. The workshop teaches participants how to relate the requirements to their own quality program and how to plan the staffing and organization of an ISO implementation group. The course concludes with a project in which executives sketch their organization’s quality manual.
Implementing ISO 9000: The Quality Manual is a two-day workshop that walks participants through planning their organization’s quality guide and writing auditable quality procedures. The course is designed for those responsible for implementing the ISO 9000 quality system requirements.
Both courses include detailed workbooks to guide companies through the ISO 9000 registration process. Each course costs $795 per person. Group discounts and on-site classes are also available.
