ABC Computer Services Names Peters Vice President

Washington, D.C. – January 10, 2005 – ABC Computer Services promoted Alan Peters to Vice President of Operations.

Peters replaces Jessica Smith who retired from ABC last month. He will be responsible for spearheading ABC’s efforts to streamline information systems operations for its government clients.

In his position as Manager of Information Systems, Peters was instrumental in positioning ABC to become one of the premier providers of network integration solutions to the Department of Defense. As the economy shifted and defense spending was reduced, he helped lead the way to transfer ABC’s expertise to civilian agencies.

Peters brings with him twenty years of experience in information systems management, of which fifteen were with ABC. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

ABC Computer Services specializes in systems integration. For more information, contact John Q. Public at (202) 555-1234.
